At its annual Quilt Show, the Asheville Quilt Guild offers attendees beautiful small, quilted items for sale via a Silent Auction.  Items made and donated by members include small quilts and wall hangings (that do not exceed 24” in length and width), table runners, small mats, and placemats, pillow covers no larger than 20” square, children’s cloth books, bags/purses for children/women and many holiday items and ornaments. How It Works.  Each item has its own bidding sheet that specifies the minimum opening bid.  You may also ask us to be a proxy for you, if you leave before the end of the show and we will bid for you until we reach your top limit. The Silent Auction ends at 2:30 on the last day of the show. Winners may pay and get their item before the show closes at 4:00pm. You do not have to be present to win.  If yours is the winning bid, you will receive an electronic invoice to pay via credit card.  The item will either be delivered to you at the discretion of the Co-Chairs, picked up by you from one of the Co-Chairs at a mutually agreeable date/time/place or shipped to you for an additional charge of $10.
