For Guild members with items to sell and quilt businesses who want to share their offerings with the 350+ Guild members and many of the 3,300 quilters who attend the annual Quilt Show, on-line advertising is now being offered. The Click-through feature will automatically take readers to the quilt store website. The ads will run 11 months of the year in the Guild’s on-line newsletter, disPatch (November and December issues are combined). The process is simple: 1) pay on-line for your ad with a credit card 2) submit your ad in an approved format via email by the deadline of the 15th of the month prior to the month of publication and 3) after the ad is approved, it will be published.

How to Submit Your Ad
Types of Image Files: jpeg, jpg, gif, png These formats cannot be resized so please measure your image to make sure it meets the specified ad size requirements.
doc, docx, svg, eps, pdf, psd, tiff These formats can be resized to meet the ad size requirements.
Click-through URL: If your ad contains your website, when readers click it, they will be taken to your website. If your ad does not contain your website, the newsletter editor can add a link under your ad.
Submit Ad by completing this form by the 15th of the month. You will receive a confirmation of receipt and will be notified via email once the ad has been accepted for publication.
