Sponsorship Registration for 2023 Asheville Quilt Show
The Sponsorship Registration Deadline is August 1, 2023. Premium Recognition areas, such as Volunteer Lounge, Demo Room, etc. for Platinum, Titanium and Rhodium Sponsorships are limited and available on a first come/first served basis.
All Sponsorship Levels, except Copper, include a Program Ad with the Sponsorship. You can advertise in our Program without a Sponsorship or you can add an ad to the Copper level Sponsorship. All ads are black & white only, unless otherwise noted. Micki Batte, our Program Ad Liaison, will contact you for your logo and ad copy details as soon as your payment is received. We also welcome in-kind product contributions for our Product Raffle at the Quilt Show. This is a very popular event for attendees at our show.
You may use this online form to submit your sponsorship, program ad and in-kind contribution information. After completing your form, you may choose to pay the total amount due via credit card online or choose "invoice me" to pay via check. If you choose "invoice me" to pay via check, an invoice with payment instructions will be emailed to you along with a copy of the sponsorship information you submitted. If you pay online via credit card, you will also receive an invoice showing the details of the amount paid and a second email showing the data input into the sponsorship registration form.
