Members may sign up for a given workshop 3 months prior to the date it is offered.

There are three ways to sign up:

  1. Mail Workshop Registration Form and Fee($) to the Workshop Chair,
  2. Fill-in the Workshop Registration Form online, print it, then mail with the Fee($) to the Workshop Chair, or
  3. Turn in Workshop Registration Form and Fee($) to the Workshop Chair at a Guild meeting.

When the registration fee has been paid, you will receive confirmation by e-mail.

Examples of instructor’s work may be available at the Guild meetings. If a workshop is not filled by the end of the month when sign-up begins, the workshop chair will begin registrations from non-members (potential members) with a surcharge of $15 or more per day. REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL FEE HAS BEEN PAID.

NOTE: Please date checks for the day of the workshop and write a separate check for each workshop.

** For non-members, there is a $15 surcharge per workshop.

The guild will provide irons, ironing boards and extension cords at the workshop location. Pack a lunch since we will break for about 1/2 hour. Trader Joe’s or City Bakery is close by for takeout. Please remember NOT to bring pork or shellfish for lunch, if the workshop is at the Temple, because we want to be respectful of their dietary laws.

If you cancel your workshop registration with the Workshop Chair at least 14 days before the workshop is held, your registration fee will be refunded. Within 14 days of the workshop, you must find a replacement for your space and notify the Workshop Chair to obtain a refund.

Please be considerate of your fellow members.

Many of these workshops fill up and have a waiting list.

If you cannot attend a workshop for which you are registered, please notify the Workshop Chair so she can allow someone else to attend.
