Dues:   New members:     $25
                 
(includes $5 one-time initiation fee)
           
Renewals:     $20, due by March meeting
For members joining after March, dues are prorated
     (See fee schedule on Membership Form).
Junior memberships are available at half cost
      (receive no newsletter).

Call, e-mail, see her at a meeting, or print the form and mail it in.
New members receive a packet with an AQG pin, name tag,
Membership Directory and Handbook, and other useful information.

Meetings are preceded by an informal social time. Come a bit early and visit,

Members are available on request for educational programs.
Members make and donate hundreds of quilts each year to local agencies.

Duties and Responsibilities of Members
This is not a rigidly structured organization, but minimal participation
from ALL members is needed and expected.

Payment of dues

Once a year contribution of food for refreshments at monthly meetings

Participation in at least one AQG committee
    (see Membership Form for listing)

Participation in the Asheville Quilt Show
    Minimum 2 hours service at the show
    Sale of at least 10 tickets for the "opportunity quilt"
    Service on at least one quilt show committee
There are many opportunities to participate in the work of the Guild
through committees and projects. New members are encouraged to become involved.
