From the North:
     Take US 19/23 south to Asheville. Follow signs to I-240 West. Follow this until it merges into I-26 East. Take Exit 33 at NC 191. Signs will say 'to the Blue Ridge Parkway.' At the end of the exit ramp, turn left onto Route NC 191 South. Proceed 2.5 miles (approx. six stop lights). Turn right here where signs will be pointing you to turn for the Blue Ridge Parkway and to the Arboretum. Turn right almost immediately into the drive for the Arboretum (If you get up to the Parkway, you've gone too far!). Proceed up this lovely drive to the parking lots and the main Arboretum building. Enjoy the show!

From the West:
     Take I-40 east towards Asheville. Take the second Asheville exit to I-26 east. Take Exit 33 at NC 191. Signs will say 'to the Blue Ridge Parkway.'
